David is the Group Chief Executive Officer of MedservRegis PLC, a Malta Stock Exchange-listed company providing comprehensive shore base logistics, supply chain management, and engineering services to the global offshore oil and gas and energy industry.

A seasoned industry leader, David founded Regis Trading International (Pty) Ltd in 1992, laying the foundation for what would become the MedservRegis group. Today, the company operates as a holding entity for multiple subsidiaries delivering specialised services across key energy markets in Africa, South America, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East employing in excess of 850 staff.

 

With decades of experience in the sector, David has cultivated deep expertise in international energy logistics and operations.

 

David is resident in Mauritius and Malta.
