With 30 years of international experience in Energy and Logistics across Europe and Africa, Olivier serves as a Non-Executive Director.

 

Concurrently, he holds the position of Deputy CEO and CFO at MedservRegis PLC (Malta Stock Exchange), a key provider of integrated offshore energy solutions.

 

Educated at NEOMA and INSEAD, Olivier is a seasoned executive skilled in large-scale project management, complex financial operations, and IT implementations. He was instrumental in developing Angola's major onshore support base ($1B+ investment). A French national, Olivier splits his time between the UAE and Malta, bringing valuable strategic and financial insight to the board.
